My Cold-curing Soup


Just in time for cold and flu season - my favorite recipe to help fight viruses and soothe sore throats! This is packed with so many vitamins and minerals your body needs, and it is sure to tickle the tastebuds of the sickest and saddest patient!

This recipe will make 4-6 servings.

You will need:

▪️2 32 Oz chicken broth jugs

▪️2 90 second chicken flavor rice

▪️1-2 cups cooked/grilled chicken, cut into bite size chunks

▪️1 10oz pico de gallo - find in fresh produce section

▪️1 lime or lime juice substitute

▪️2 avocados - diced

In a large pot, simmer broth, chicken, rice, and pico de gallo for 10 minutes. Place 1/2 diced avocado in a bowl, and generously ladle soup on top! Squeeze lime as liked - I like a lot so I use a lot more for a kick of flavor! Feel better so fast!
